Dragonage: Origins launces November 3 in America nd November 6 in Europe!

Dragonage: origins is the "spiritual sequel" to the Baldurs Gate series
and made by Bioware! so its bound to be exelent!

from what i have seen and heard about the game it can't be annything than the RPG of the year!
its a Thirdperson RPG meaning you see your character from behind, or you can zoom out to tactical mode, you can pause the game to issue command to your party, they have already launched a Character Creator so you can already now begin to design your own character, what i have seen (not tried it myself) is that its quite similar to the Characrter Creator used in Oblivion and Fallout 3, aka sliders to adjust nose size, eyes and so on

and just like Mass Effect you get a few backgrounds to choose from, and the interaction system is just like Mass Effect, but that the choises you make are going to have a much more serious impact on the game world around you

like i said, the combat system is interesting, you can pasue, chain up commands, and see them unfold, or you can jsut hack and slash at the enemy, what is interesting is that you can at anny point shift to another member of your party and controll him, so you have direct controll over the inviduals in your party

the game is gonna be huge! i mean.. Wardens Quest just finished (a turnament Bioware had, lasted for 24 hours and the winner (aka done most of the game, killed most creatures, explored most of the maps etc, won 12.500$) th winning team did 16% of the game in 24 hours so this is going to be one long lasting game with lots of side quests and places to explore!

needlesly to say, i'm going to get this game?

also if you can find yourself a collectors Edition you gett diferent unique items as well as a unique armor (i think it was) for the up comming Mass Effect 2 game!
